Procedure for placing an order
Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and the «Personal Data & Cookies» policy, without prejudice to any specific contractual terms agreed between the parties.

When your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order, including your order number, details of the items ordered, and your personal details, including your address and delivery method. The order will be processed upon receipt of your payment.

In the event of damage during transport of the products, a reasoned complaint must be made to the carrier within three days by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Returns are free of charge.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the date on which 1944 Paris is informed by the Customer of their decision to withdraw. In any event, this refund cannot be made before 1944 Paris has received the item(s) subject to the Customer's withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the returned order.
Refunds will not be issued if the item in question has been damaged as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and/or conformity.

Any reproduction, exploitation, distribution or use of any kind, even partial, of the elements of the website is prohibited without the express authorisation of AD Beauty.
The trademarks and logos of 1944 Paris products are registered, and any reproduction therefore constitutes an infringement.
Furthermore, all elements of the Ad Beauty website are and remain the property of the company.
